Alex Pittaway, a member of the Association of Residential Estate Agents (MARLA), has recently set up AP Residential Property, a company specializing in Lettings and relocation within Kenilworth and the surrounding area. AP Residential will be run in conjunction with AP Commercial, an established property company run by Andrew Pittaway. Andrew specializes in Industrial/warehouse premises in Warwickshire and the Midlands area. Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in the property market and has Let and Sold over ONE MILLION SQFT of property within the last two years (equivalent to 24 football pitches).
Alex comments… “Now seems the ideal time to join our independent, family run business. Joining the company and heading up the lettings side will allow me the flexibility to tailor the business to match our clients individual property needs. Our clients can be reassured by the knowledge that they will be dealing with one of the Directors at all times and will therefore be getting the best specialist advice available. In addition we will be offering a mobile number for existing clients so that we can be contacted at all times. We are confident that we can offer the best service available at the most competitive prices and I am excited and enthusiastic about the opportunity to grow this new sector of the business”.
Andrew Pittaway has set up a relocation service to run alongside the lettings agency. He believes this is a niche market which requires excellent, in-depth local knowledge, addressing the specific needs of the individual or corporate clients who may be moving to the area and need help to rent or purchase a suitable property.
